Sennheiser ANTENNA COMBINER AC-3 including power supply.

Does the unit come with antenna and power supply? Also is the damage to the front look like heat related or just paintwork / scratches Thanks
The Sennheiser unit does come with an antenna and power supply. The front is not damaged, it is glue residue from a label.

Can you please confirm frequency is 606-648MHz The antenna in the picture is blocking this info. Thanks
It's actually shown on base, not rear. Freq is 500-870MHz
